About

A fare two people agree on.

Zoper is a ride-hailing platform built in Pakistan, for Pakistan. The rider offers the fare, the driver accepts it or names their own, and nobody takes a cut of what they settle on.

Why we built it this way

Commission is the problem, not the price.

On most platforms, a slice of every fare goes to the company. The more trips a driver completes, the more is taken. To earn more, the platform has to take more — which puts it quietly at odds with the people doing the driving.

We did not want to run that business. So Zoper charges drivers a membership for the time they want to work, and takes nothing from the trips themselves. Our revenue grows when more drivers choose to be here, not when we extract more from each journey.

The fare itself works the same way round. Rather than an algorithm deciding what your trip across town is worth, you offer a price and a driver decides whether to take it. Two people who know the route, the traffic and the fuel price settle it between them.

What we hold to

The driver keeps the fare

We take no commission on any trip. A driver buys a membership for the days they work, and everything a rider pays them is theirs. It is the one decision everything else has to survive.

People agree the price

The rider offers a fare, the driver accepts it or names their own, and the rider chooses who takes them. No algorithm decides what a journey is worth, and there is no surge.

Verified on both sides

Drivers pass identity and vehicle checks before their first trip. Riders are tied to verified numbers. Ratings run both ways, because safety is not only the passenger's concern.

Built in the language people think in

Zoper works in English, in اردو, and in Roman Urdu — not as a translation layer added at the end, but because that is how the country actually reads and types.

Where we are

Across Pakistan, city by city.

We open a city properly before we open the next one.

We are early, and we would rather say so.

Zoper is being built now, by a small team, in Pakistan. We have not been running for a decade and we are not going to claim numbers we have not earned. What we can say is what the platform does, what it costs, and what we will not change — and you can hold us to all three.

Questions about Zoper

What is Zoper?

Zoper is a ride-hailing platform in Pakistan for bikes, rickshaws and cars. Instead of a fixed price set by an algorithm, the rider offers the fare they want to pay and chooses which nearby driver accepts it. Zoper takes no commission from that fare.

How does Zoper make money if it takes no commission?

Drivers buy a membership to use the platform — for a day, a week or a month, priced for their city and zone. Fleet partners pay a monthly plan sized by how many vehicles and drivers they run. That membership revenue is the entire business model.

Who operates Zoper?

Zoper is operated by Zoper Private Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan. Drivers on the platform work as independent businesses and hold the licences their city requires.

Where does Zoper operate?

Zoper is rolling out across Pakistan, city by city. Open the app to see what is running in your area today.

How is Zoper different from other ride-hailing apps?

Two things. Riders set the fare and pick their driver rather than being assigned one at a price they did not agree. And drivers keep 100% of that fare, because the platform charges a membership rather than taking a cut of every trip.

One app, both sides of the trip.

Ride at a fare you set, or switch to driver mode and keep every rupee you earn.
