Terms & Conditions
Last updated 27 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zoper mobile applications and websites (together, the “Platform”), operated by Zoper Private Limited (“Zoper”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. What Zoper is
Zoper is a technology marketplace that connects riders with independent transportation providers (“Drivers”). Zoper is not a transportation carrier. Drivers provide transportation services as independent businesses, and any trip is an agreement between the rider and the Driver.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must register with accurate information and a valid phone number, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
3. Fares
Riders propose the fare they wish to pay. Drivers may accept a proposed fare or respond with their own offer. A trip's final fare is the amount rider and Driver agreed in the app before the trip starts, together with any tolls or charges shown in the app. Suggested fares displayed by the Platform are guidance only.
4. Rider conduct
- Treat Drivers and their vehicles with respect.
- No unlawful, dangerous or abusive behaviour, and no transport of prohibited items.
- Follow applicable laws during trips, including seatbelt and helmet requirements.
- Accounts involved in fraud, harassment or unsafe behaviour may be suspended or terminated.
5. Drivers
Drivers must hold valid identity documents, licences, vehicle registrations and any permissions required by law, and must pass Zoper's verification before accepting trips. Drivers are independent contractors; nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between Zoper and any Driver.
6. Safety
We provide in-app safety features, including live trip sharing and an emergency assist button. These features support, but do not replace, your own judgement and local emergency services. Report any incident to us through in-app support as soon as possible.
7. Cancellations
Riders and Drivers may cancel a trip in the app. Repeated or abusive cancellations may lead to account restrictions as described in in-app policies.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including the Zoper name, logo, design and software, is owned by or licensed to Zoper Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Platform except as permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoper is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the fare for the trip giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
