Investors
Bring more than money.
We are building fair mobility in Pakistan, where drivers keep every rupee of every fare. Capital matters — it buys the runway to hold that line. But we are looking for partners who contribute and think in years, not people looking for a quick exit.
Let us save each other some time
We would rather be clear now than discover the mismatch two board meetings later.
What we are not looking for
- Money that needs an exit before the work is done
- Pressure to raise fares or start taking a cut from drivers
- Vanity metrics engineered for the next round
- A seat at the table with no intention of pushing the table
What we are looking for
- Patient capital that understands infrastructure takes years
- Operators who have built something hard in this region
- People who open doors: regulators, fleets, talent, partners
- Anyone who thinks drivers keeping their full fare is the right idea
Why this is a business, not a charity
Zero commission is not generosity. It is a different way to make money, and it happens to be the fairer one.
A different unit economy
Commission platforms earn more only by taking more from each trip. Zoper earns a membership from drivers and a monthly plan from fleet partners, so our revenue is predictable and our incentives never point at the driver's pocket.
Supply follows fairness
Drivers move to the platform that does not take a slice of every fare. Supply is the hard side of this market, and zero commission is the most honest way to win it.
Built for Pakistan, city by city
Fares set by the two people in the car, priced in local reality, in Urdu as much as English. We open a city properly before we open the next one.
Where the revenue comes from
Two lines, both recurring, neither taken out of a driver's fare. That is the whole model, and it is deliberately boring.
We publish no traction figures here. Ask us directly and you will get real numbers with their definitions and dates.
Driver memberships
Drivers buy access for a day, a week or a month, priced by city and zone. Revenue scales with active drivers rather than with how much we can extract per trip.
Fleet partner plans
Fleets pay a monthly plan sized by vehicles and drivers. Their trips carry a platform share of exactly zero — the fare splits between the partner and the driver.

Who this is for
The driver keeps the fare. That is the whole point.
Every decision we make has to survive that sentence.
What contribution looks like
Money is real and we are not shy about needing it. We just want it to arrive attached to a person.
Operating experience
You have scaled operations, supply or support in Pakistan or a market like it, and you will get your hands dirty.
Doors we cannot open alone
Fleet owners, regulators, universities, employers, corporate partners — introductions that would take us a year.
Hard-won judgement
You have made the mistakes already and will tell us plainly when we are about to repeat one.
Capital, honestly
Money matters — it buys the runway to keep commission at zero while we grow. We just do not want it to be the only thing on the table.
The line we will not move
Zoper does not take a commission from a driver's fare. Not as a launch offer, not once we have supply, not when a spreadsheet says it would be easy money. Any plan that depends on reversing that is a plan for a different company.
Fair fares. Full fares. For years, not quarters.

Before you write to us
Are you raising right now?
Talk to us and we will tell you exactly where we are, what we are raising and what we are not. We would rather have an honest conversation than post a stage on a website that goes stale.
What do you want besides money?
Contribution. Operating help, introductions, hiring, regulatory navigation, or plain hard advice. If capital is the only thing on offer, we are probably not the right fit for each other.
When should an investor expect a return?
We do not promise timelines or returns, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this market who does. Mobility infrastructure compounds slowly and then quickly. If you need a quick flip, we are the wrong company.
Will you ever start taking commission from drivers?
Zero commission is not a launch promotion, it is the model. If an investment depends on us reversing that later, it is not an investment we want.
What numbers will you share?
Real ones, directly, with the definitions and dates attached — in a conversation, under an NDA where appropriate. We do not publish traction figures on a marketing page.
How do I start the conversation?
Write to invest@zoper.co and tell us who you are, what you have built, and what you would contribute beyond the cheque. That last part is the part we read twice.
