Safety
Every ride, a safe ride.
Safety is not a feature we added later — it is the condition for being on the platform at all. Here is exactly what we check, what you can do during a trip, and what happens when something goes wrong.
In immediate danger? Call emergency services first.
Then use the SOS button in the app, or write to support@zoper.co so we can act on the driver and the trip record.
Before the trip
Nobody drives on Zoper unchecked.
Identity verified
Every driver uploads their CNIC and a valid driving licence. Both are checked against the person before the account can go online.
Vehicle verified
Registration papers are checked, and the vehicle on the road must be the vehicle on the documents.
Riders verified too
Every rider account is tied to a verified phone number, so a driver knows who they are picking up.

During the trip
Someone always knows where you are.
Share your route in one tap, and reach us in one more.
During the trip
You are not on your own in the car.
Check before you get in
The app shows your driver's name, photo, rating and vehicle plate. If any of it does not match the car in front of you, do not get in — cancel and report it.
Share your live trip
One tap sends your live route to a family member or friend. They can follow the whole journey without needing the app themselves.
SOS, one tap away
The emergency button reaches our team with your live location, driver details and trip already attached — far faster than explaining it over a phone call.
After the trip
What you report actually changes something.
Rate every trip
Ratings go both ways. Drivers who fall below our standard lose access to the platform, and riders are held to the same bar.
Report anything
A safety report is read by a person, not an automated system, and it is looked at before anything else in the queue.
Your trip is on record
Route, fare and driver are stored against the trip, so a complaint can be checked rather than argued about.
An agreed fare is a safety feature.
Most arguments at the end of a ride in Pakistan are about money. On Zoper the fare is agreed in the app before the trip starts and recorded against it, so there is nothing to haggle over when you arrive — and nothing for anyone to dispute afterwards.
No surprise at the end
You see the fare before you accept, and it does not change on the way.
It is on the record
If a driver asks for more than was agreed, report it — the agreed fare is stored against the trip.
Safety questions, answered
Is Zoper safe to use?
Every driver on Zoper passes identity and vehicle checks before they can accept a single trip. During a ride you can share your live route with family and reach our team through the SOS button with your location already attached. Afterwards, two-way ratings mean drivers who fall below our standard lose access to the platform.
How are Zoper drivers verified?
A driver uploads their CNIC, a valid driving licence and their vehicle registration papers. We check the documents against the person and the vehicle before the account is allowed online. Driving a vehicle that does not match the documents is grounds for removal.
What do I do if I feel unsafe during a trip?
Use the SOS button in the app. It reaches our team immediately with your live location, your driver's details and the trip already attached. If you are in immediate danger, call the local emergency services first, then report it to us so we can act on the driver.
Can my family follow my trip?
Yes. Tap share on the trip and your live route goes to whoever you choose. They can follow the journey in a browser without installing anything.
Is it safe to agree a fare with a stranger?
The fare is agreed in the app before the trip starts, and both sides see it. Because it is recorded against the trip, there is no haggling at the destination and no dispute about what was agreed.
What happens when someone is reported?
A person reviews the report against the trip record. Depending on what happened, the outcome ranges from a warning to permanent removal from the platform. Serious reports are prioritised above everything else in the queue.
Are drivers protected too?
Yes. Rider accounts are tied to verified phone numbers, drivers can rate riders, and the same SOS button is in the driver side of the app. Safety is not only something we offer passengers.
Something went wrong on a trip?
Tell us what happened. Safety reports are read by a person and looked at first.
