Community Guidelines
Last updated 27 August 2026
Millions of trips only work when everyone in them is treated with respect. These guidelines apply to every rider and every Driver, on every trip, in every city.
1. Respect each other
- Treat everyone with courtesy — no shouting, insults or aggressive behaviour.
- No harassment of any kind: verbal, physical or through the app's chat and calls.
- Respect personal space and privacy. Contact between riders and Drivers should stay in the app and end when the trip ends.
2. No discrimination
Refusing or cancelling trips because of someone's gender, religion, sect, ethnicity, disability, appearance or neighbourhood is not tolerated and leads to removal from the platform.
3. Keep everyone safe
- Follow traffic law — helmets on bikes, seatbelts in cars.
- No weapons on trips. No illegal items. No trips under the influence of impairing substances.
- Children must ride with an adult; riders are responsible for their companions' behaviour.
4. Honour the agreement
- The fare agreed in the app is the fare — no renegotiating mid-trip, no demanding extra at the destination.
- Be where you said you'd be, when you said — repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations affect your account.
- Keep trips on-platform: off-platform trips lose every protection Zoper provides.
5. Respect the vehicle
- Riders: no smoking, no littering, no damage. Leave the vehicle as you found it.
- Drivers: keep your vehicle clean, maintained and as described on your profile.
6. Report, and we act
Report any violation from the trip screen or trip history — every report is reviewed by a human. Depending on severity, consequences range from a warning to permanent removal, and where the law is broken we cooperate with authorities.
