Driver Terms
Last updated 27 August 2026
These Driver Terms apply to everyone who provides transportation services through the Zoper platform (“Drivers”), in addition to the general Terms & Conditions. By activating a Driver account you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and verification
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to drive your vehicle class.
- You must provide a valid CNIC, a clear verification selfie, a valid driving licence where required, and current vehicle registration documents.
- Zoper may re-verify documents periodically and suspend accounts with expired or falsified documents.
2. Independent contractor
You provide transportation as an independent business. These terms do not create employment, agency or partnership between you and Zoper Private Limited. You choose when to go online, which trips to accept and which offers to make.
3. Fares and earnings
- You see the rider's offered fare — and the full trip details — before you accept. You may accept it or counter with your own offer.
- The agreed fare belongs to you, minus Zoper's service commission, which is always shown transparently in the app.
- Earnings are tracked in the app and paid out on a weekly cycle.
- You are responsible for your own taxes as an independent business.
4. Vehicle standards
- Your vehicle must match the documents on your account and be roadworthy, clean and safe.
- Bikes: a helmet for yourself is mandatory; carrying one for the passenger is strongly encouraged.
- Vehicle class determines your ride tier; misrepresenting a vehicle leads to deactivation.
5. Conduct and ratings
- Follow the Community Guidelines on every trip.
- Riders rate every trip. Persistently low ratings, verified complaints or safety incidents can lead to warnings, temporary suspension or permanent deactivation.
- Never ask a rider to cancel in-app to take a trip off-platform — off-platform trips carry none of Zoper's protections and breach these terms.
6. Safety obligations
- Obey traffic law at all times — speed limits, signals, helmets and seatbelts.
- Never drive under the influence of any impairing substance.
- Report accidents and safety incidents through the app as soon as it is safe to do so.
7. Insurance and liability
You are responsible for holding any insurance required by law for your vehicle and its use. Zoper's platform does not replace legally required vehicle insurance.
8. Deactivation
You may stop driving at any time. Zoper may deactivate Driver accounts for breaches of these terms, fraud, document issues or safety concerns. Where reasonable, we will tell you the reason and how to appeal through in-app support.
9. Contact
Driver support is available 24/7 in the app. For questions about these terms: legal@zoper.co
