Passenger Terms
Last updated 8 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Zoper as a passenger. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, which cover the platform as a whole. Drivers have their own set in the Driver Terms.
1. Who can ride
- You need an account tied to a phone number you control, and the details on it must be true.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract in Pakistan. A child may travel with a responsible adult, but an account is not for children to use alone.
- Your account is yours. Do not let someone else book on it, and tell us if you think it has been taken over.
2. How the fare works
This is the part that makes Zoper different, so read it once properly.
- You set your pickup and destination and offer the fare you want to pay. Nearby Drivers can accept it or send back a price of their own.
- You choose which Driver takes you, having seen their price, rating and vehicle. Nobody is assigned to you.
- The fare you both agree is the fare. There is no surge multiplier and no recalculation afterwards. If the trip changes on the way — a new stop, a longer route you ask for — agree the change with your Driver at the time.
- You pay the Driver directly for the trip. Zoper does not take a commission from your fare and does not collect it on the Driver's behalf.
3. Shared Rides
On a shared trip you travel with other passengers going the same way and each pay less than riding alone. That means a slightly longer route and stops for others — please allow for it. You still see and agree your own fare before you confirm.
4. Pick & Drop subscriptions
- A Pick & Drop subscription is a monthly arrangement for a commute you make regularly, at a monthly fare agreed with one Driver.
- You pay that monthly fare directly to the Driver. It starts once the Driver confirms your payment, and runs for the month from that point.
- Tell your Driver in advance about days you will not travel. What happens to unused days, and how problems are handled, is set out in the Subscription Refund Policy.
5. Cancelling
You can withdraw an offer before a Driver accepts it at no cost. After that, the Cancellation Policy applies — repeated late cancellations, once a Driver is already on the way, can limit your access.
6. What we expect of you
- Be ready at the pickup point you set, and be reachable.
- Treat your Driver and their vehicle with respect. No abuse, no harassment, no discrimination, no damage.
- Wear a seatbelt where one is fitted, and a helmet on a bike where the Driver provides one.
- Do not ask a Driver to break traffic law, carry more passengers than the vehicle allows, or transport anything illegal.
- Pay the fare you agreed, in full, at the end of the trip.
The Community Guidelines set the standard both sides are held to, and they are enforced in both directions.
7. Safety
- Every Driver passes identity and vehicle checks before their first trip.
- Check the vehicle and the Driver match what the app shows before you get in.
- You can share your live trip with family, and the SOS button in the app reaches help with your location and trip details attached.
- Rate the trip honestly afterwards. Ratings work both ways, and Drivers who fall below our standard lose access.
8. What Zoper is responsible for
Zoper is a technology marketplace that connects you with independent Drivers. We are not a transport company and we do not drive you. We are responsible for running the platform properly, verifying Drivers before they join, and acting on reports. The driving itself, and the vehicle, are the Driver's responsibility as an independent business.
9. Your data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.
10. Suspension
We can limit or close an account that breaks these terms, puts a Driver or another passenger at risk, or is used fraudulently. Where it is fair to do so we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.
11. Questions
Write to support@zoper.co for anything about a trip or your account. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
